Gestalt Therapy

…between nurture and nature.

What I offer

I offer short- and long-term therapy in-person, outdoors, and online.

Whichever mode you choose, I aim to provide you with a confidential space in which you can tell your story, get more in touch with your emotions, and find a way forward that is right for you.

It is my hope that in our work you feel safe and supported enough to experiment with different ways of being.

  • Location: I practice in therapy studies in Kennington Park Business Centre and the Institute of Psychoanalysis, outdoors in Morden Hall and Mitcham Common, and online via Microsoft Teams.

FAQ

Embarking on a therapeutic journey can be unnerving, especially if you are new to therapy. In this post, I tackle some of the frequently asked questions new clients may have.

Accessibility

Therapy is for everyone, but systemic issues make it difficult for some clients to access therapy. Above all, it is important to me that my practice is as accessible and inclusive as it can be. In this post, I provide important information for wheelchair users as well as an overview of other elements of my inclusive practice philosophy.

Gestalt therapy

I hold my Gestalt approach very dear to my heart and also acknowledge that my modality is not as well known as others. For interested potential clients, I provide a brief explanation of Gestalt as well as some information on outdoor and online therapy.
